Session 1: Foresight 101 (2 part Series)

For decades major corporations have been using foresight planning to predict what new products and services might be in demand. It is time that social good organizations had access to those skills. In this workshop series, you will learn to recognize signals of social, technological, economic, environmental and political change and what those signals could mean for the future of your work.

Session 2: Scenario Planning (2-part series)

Once you learn to identify signals, you will learn to generate plausible scenarios for the future. These futures will serve as the foundation for scenario planning. Upon completion of these two sessions, you will feel prepared to plan for several possibilities within an uncertain future. There is an option to add consulting/coaching to this package to help you flesh out and finalize your scenario plans.
