E4E follows a simple and effective process for strategic planning. Infused with art, multiple modalities and small group engagement, our 7-step process ends not only with a completed plan, but also with the plan fully integrated into the organizational work.
Each session answers the following questions:
What is our vision for the organization?
What pieces of our vision do we want to focus on first?
What do we need to do to accomplish our vision?
Who should be responsible for which pieces of the vision?
In what order and in what time do the tasks need to be completed in?
How do we ensure a balanced workload, while integrating new tasks into our teams work plans?
How do we ensure that we reach our goals on time?
