Session 2: Navigating Work + Communication Styles
A healthy functioning team is imperative to the success of any organization. No organization can fully accomplish its mission without a strong team. In this workshop you will learn strategies for:

Incorporating working styles into programmatic structures

Session 3: Conflict Management for Teams
Conflict is natural. The goal within a team should never be to avoid or eliminate conflict. Conflict handled with care and intention can actually lead to a breakthrough and a deepening of trust. In this workshop, you will learn how to work through meaningful and productive conflict and how to avoid conflict that is unnecessary and unproductive. We will not only address the interpersonal dynamics of conflict, but we will also examine and strategize around systems and structures that lead to conflict.
