I am curious about the work E4E does and whether it will be a good fit with my organization. How can I learn more about E4E?

You can find more information about E4E and the work that we do here.

I work with an organization that could benefit from working with E4E but do not have a concrete idea of what sort of services would make sense. Should I book a discovery call?

If you would like to work with E4E but are unsure about the kind of services your organization would best benefit from, we recommend that you speak with your organization or team to determine your needs before booking. Once you have a better understanding of what services you’re looking for, we will be happy to work with you to determine the best package for you. Want more guidance on how to determine if your organization is ready to hire a DEI expert? Check out our blog post here.

I have a limited budget. What kind of services can I book?

E4E has several options for organizations at every budgetary level.

  • If you have no budget, check out our information center. There are several blogs and free tools to support your organization in equity, excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • If your budget is limited, we offer public workshops throughout the year. These workshops usually run from Fall through Spring and can be found here. These sessions are typically $500 per participant but if you would like to book more than 4 tickets, contact operations@edutainmentforequity.com for a group discount. To stay up to date on our upcoming public workshops, subscribe to our newsletter or visit our individual professionals page

  • Our training packages begin at $2000 and our consulting rate is $300/hour.

How do I sign up for Educating the Black Child?

You can sign up for EBC along with our other workshops here.

My organization has gathered a lot of data about our target demographics, and are looking for a way to present it in a compelling way. Is that something E4E can help with?

If you’re interested in working with e4e to create data visualizations for your organization or project, you can learn more about our process, see some examples of our work, and check out our offerings here. Once you’re ready, book a discovery with e4e to discuss your needs and determine next steps. Please note that we are only able to take on a limited number of data visualization projects per year.

I’m not sure if my sessions should be virtual or in-person. How do I determine the best fit for my organization and our needs?

There are benefits and drawbacks to both virtual and in-person trainings, including engagement, accessibility, and financial. Check out our blog post on how to determine the best fit for your organization here. If you’re still unsure of what will work best, feel free to bring it up during your discovery call.

How can I get the most out of a virtual workshop?

Like any workshop, virtual workshops are only as useful as you make them. Check out our blog post on best practices for attending a virtual workshop here.

I want to connect with Edutainment for Equity for something unrelated to seeking technical assistance or data visualization services. Should I book a discovery?

If you would like to reach out to E4E about something other than technical assistance or data visualizations, you can fill out our contact form here.

I want to get involved with Life is Living. Who should I contact?

While Edutainment for Equity produced the Life is Living festival in 2023, it has since transitioned to its new home at People’s Kitchen Collective. We are so excited to pass the baton to one of the principle co-organizers of LiL. If you’d like to get involved in the planning or just stay up to date with the festival, head over to their website.
