The reality is that the world has changed. The future of work is drastically different today than it will be tomorrow and much of it hinges on what future we collectively choose. If we choose the path of resistance, the jobs of the future will be very different from a future where all services are privatized and AI takes over much of the human labor. In this workshop you will:
• Explore four potential paths that the future workforce can go based on foresight signals
• Learn and generate strategies for supporting Gen Z as they enter the employment landscape
