When a young person comes to you with a challenge, it can be difficult to make the right decisions or to know what is appropriate to say, but the good news is that there are ethical standards to help you to navigate those gray areas. In this workshop, we will review and practice the National Career Development Associations ethics standards. After this workshop, you will have a clearer sense of what to do in a moment of ethical uncertainty.
