Recruiting employer partners can be challenging. Not only do you have to find companies and organizations that are willing to hire and develop youth, they must also have the understanding that investing in young people can lead to a better prepared workforce in the future. In this workshop we will identify the qualities of compatible employment partners and design a pitch to recruit them as partners.
